Babbling and nonsense!

The summer is coming up so fast! It’s the last summer before Hugo goes off to school. I have to say I am completely terrified of watching him leave off on that train September 1st. I suppose every parent has to go through it one time or another. I wish I wouldn’t have to go through it again.

Fortunately, this summer will be a lot less busy as the last ones have been. I’m hoping to go out with the family and watch the Quidditch World cup. The canons are playing, so of course, we have to go watch it. For the boys sakes.

Also, the muggle olympics are coming to London! I’m going to take the children to see that as well. It’s going to be quite the adventure!
Also, I’ve started reading books by a man called… John Green? Brilliant, they are. I finished one of his works called The Fault in Our Stars. Absolutely beautiful. One of the best books I have ever read (besides, Hogwarts: a history. I’m reading it for the 400th time! Can you believe it!?). So I’m really excited to keep reading his works. I tried to get ron to read it but he just used the book for… non-bookish purposes. Like a door stop or a place to hold his drinks. Oh, well. Perhaps Rosie will like the book. She’s much more like me when it comes to reading. And actually, I’m working with Ronald on buying Hugo a new broom. He plays with this really old training one in the backyard, and it’s really a sad sight. So hopefully, that can be his going away present. Although, he may not take it to school - seeing as that he’s only going to be a first year and first years are not permitted to play Quidditch. Next school year though, he can take it with him.

I guess that’s about it with me. I’ve been quite the busy bee. I’ve passed 3 new laws this year against Endangerment to houselves. It’s been a huge roller coaster, actually! When you think about it, it seems easy enough - making laws for the wellbeing of creatures. But not many people feel the same way as I do. Even though, they should.

2012 seems to be a great year so far. If only the children wouldn’t grow up so fast. It makes me sad when I think about it. Oh, well. They come and they go, I suppose.

Lots of love!

Just a few days ago, it was the anniversary of the battle of Hogwarts.

I just would like to say thank you for standing by Ron, Harry, and I. And believing in us when we feared the worst. Looking back on it now, it was quite the adventure. And I’m glad to have shared it with my two best friends.

The day of the anniversary, I spent much time at the gravesides appreciating the people who gave their lives for our wizarding freedom. I also, planted trees and flowers in memory of those whom lost their lives that day. It was quite beautiful, seeing the celebrations around the world take place.

Thank you to all of those who supported the students and the faculty at Hogwarts. Who fought side-by-side with friends, enemies, families… you are all truly wonderful people.

Hello, Hello! Long time no see!

I’ve been actually so busy with working and things that I’ve had completely no time to run this blog! But luckily, with summer coming and the kids coming home I’ll be much more relaxed. I’ve missed you all quite terribly. How are all of you?
